Danielle Hawthorne is an Executive leader, Speaker, Podcast host and Consultant committed to helping people and organizations reach their full potential. As Co-Founder and CEO of Worthy of Dignity, she is deeply committed to recognizing and valuing the humanity, worth, and dignity within herself and others. She is also committed to using her voice and rich experiences to authentically contribute, fearlessly advocate, and profoundly enhance every space she enters by connecting and engaging with people.
Danielle’s passion for eliminating systems of oppression, led to her role as Vice President of Programs at Code2040. During her tenure she championed strategic initiatives with transformative results for their Fellows Programs, corporate partnerships and the 6000+ community of technologists, allies, advocates and supporters. As a responsive leader, Ms. Hawthorne restructured and expanded service offerings in her prior role as Director of Early Career Programs. Her shared efforts toward completely liberating Black and Latinx people in tech ultimately aim to impact every industry.

Danielle's keen ability to elevate organizations was evident in her role as Pastor and Director in multiple faith based organizations. She used her full suite of talents to execute program activities that enriched more than 500 families. She is a Keynote speaker with a unique talent for connecting with her audience through captivating stories, vulnerability, and solutions to real-life challenges. Danielle is also comfortable in the spotlight as a featured podcast guest, sharing her compelling narrative and expertise on subjects ranging from burnout and her spiritual journey to her passionate advocacy for the rights of women and BIPOC communities.

A Fulfilled Life
In her fulfilled life, Danielle enjoys time with her four children during their many academic and extracurricular activities. She relishes moments with her husband and vacationing in warm, sunny places with beautiful beaches and good food. Her weekends involve walking, hiking, live music events, and good food with family. You can sometimes find Danielle reading a good book, wine tasting, and enjoying brunch with her girlfriends.
