A Life Work assessment
This assessment will help you identify where burnout is showing up in your life and allow me to customize materials to meet your particular needs and be prepared for our time together.
3- 50-minute private coaching sessions
What is Burnout?
A deep dive into what burnout is and what causes it. Did you know that there are societal impacts that contribute to burnout? We’ll take a look at the many causes of burnout and gain a deeper awareness of how burnout impacts our body, mind, and spirit. This knowledge will help build a foundation for how to identify, prevent, and avoid burnout in our life.
How does it impact YOU?
We’ve looked at how burnout impacts us as a whole and affects YOU. We’ll take a look at your Life Work assessment and dive deeper to better understand the signals that let us know when you are tired, fatigued, exhausted, and BURNED OUT! When you know and understand the signs and symptoms your body is sending you, you are better prepared to address the causes in your life.
Build Your Self-Care plan
As you’ve seen, burnout can be a huge barrier to your success. How does burnout sabotage our goals and plans? How do we avoid it? How do you prevent it? Self-care is so much more than nail appointments and spa days. It’s an intentional and comprehensive plan to take care of YOU. All of you. So, we’ll put a plan in place to take care of YOU, as you prepare to embark on your journey to self-care!
1 - 30 min follow up
Follow-up Session- (Edit & Evaluate the plan)
We’ll schedule a follow-up visit to check in and see how your self-care plan is working, and make changes as needed.
At the end of this program, you will be more knowledgeable about burnout and how you can avoid it. You will have the tools you need to make the intentional decisions you need to take care of yourself and make decisions that center and prioritize the long-term care of YOU.
